Certificate Verification

Certificate Verification Guidelines
For verification of certificates issued by the Chartered Institute of Management Specialists (CIMS), the following process must be adhered to:

  1. Certificate Number: Please ensure the certificate number, located underneath the hologram security feature on the certificate, is clearly quoted in your verification request.
  2. Student’s Name: In addition to the certificate number, kindly include the full name of the student as it appears on the certificate.
  3. Official Enquiry: All verification enquiries must be submitted through a company’s official work email address. Requests sent from personal email addresses will not be processed.
  4. Submission Email: Direct all verification requests to verify@charteredims.com

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in delays in the verification process.

 

Please note: CIMS verifies professional executive memberships, assessments, and continuous training awards. We do not provide academic degree verifications or state statutory licensing checks.
