We offer two routes for applicants to qualify for our Chartered Awards:
1. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Route
Applicants with significant professional experience, academic qualifications, or industry-recognized certifications may qualify through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Our review process considers:

✅ Previous academic degrees, diplomas, or certifications
✅ Industry-recognized qualifications and professional memberships
✅ Demonstrated leadership and contributions in management
If an applicant’s credentials meet our required standards, they are granted membership and the appropriate Chartered Award without further assessment.
2. Mini-Thesis Assessment Route
If an applicant does not fully meet the RPL requirements, they must complete a Mini-Thesis to demonstrate their expertise in management. This assessment ensures that every member meets our professional competency standards.
Mini-Thesis Requirements
• The Mini-Thesis must focus on a relevant topic in management, leadership, or a specialized field.
• It should be 2,500 – 5,000 words, well-researched, and demonstrate critical thinking.
• The thesis is evaluated by our academic and industry assessors based on originality, depth of knowledge, and practical application.
• Successful completion leads to Chartered Award recognition.
