About the CHRMS™ designation
The Chartered Human Resource Management Specialist (CHRMS™) is a specialist-level credential from the Chartered Institute of Management Specialists (CIMS) for professionals who show strong capability and leadership across the human resource function. It marks a professional's ability to manage the full range of HR responsibilities and to use people-management strategy as a driver of organisational performance.
Holders of the designation are recognised as HR practitioners who can translate workforce strategy into measurable business outcomes — from talent acquisition through to policy governance — while upholding the ethical and legal standards the profession demands.
