Entry requirements
To qualify for the CTDMS™ designation, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Professional experience
A minimum of 5–10 years of relevant experience in training and development management roles, encompassing training needs analysis, curriculum development, training delivery, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
Mode of assessment
