Professional experience

Significant experience in strategic management roles, typically ranging from 5 to 10 years or more, with a demonstrated track record of developing and implementing strategic plans.

Professional competence

A comprehensive grasp of strategic management principles, frameworks, methodologies and tools, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Leadership skills

Demonstrated leadership capability, including aligning organisational goals with strategic initiatives, communicating effectively, and inspiring teams to execute strategy successfully.

Candidates' knowledge, skills and competencies are evaluated through a combination of methods, which may include:

  1. Review of academic qualifications, professional certifications and continuing education courses related to strategic management.
